The designation watch manufacturer defines manufacturers of mechanical wrist watches who produce both the watch movement as well as all other major components of a wrist watch themselves.

When we started to manufacture watches in our own name in 1994, we made it our objective right from the start to make mechanical wrist watches more robust, more accurate and requiring less maintenance. Our path was marked by many pioneering developments:

• technological leader for hardenable stainless steel cases, both through-hardened as well as diffusion-hardened

• lubricant-free escapement due to nanotechnological coatings on DLC basis

• special seals with reduced diffusion tendency
• oils for extreme temperature ranges
• double eccentric winding system
• spring and escapement of polysilicon
• four-point micro hybrid bearing for rotor and winding

• molybdenum balance
• and many others

As a result of this high production depth and innovative power, we were added to the group of manufacturers with the presentation of our self-manufactured calibre designated A 35 in spring 2010.

Beforehand, we had once again invested 3 million euros in our own manufacture in order to increase the production depth of the complete watch to more than 90%. We therefore claim to be one of the watch industry's leading companies in the area of research and implementation of new materials, methods and single solutions.
